A magical combination of boardwalk shops and ice-skating based on the recreation of an Amsterdam frozen canal. The area will feature two-storey Dutch-style specialty shops, "outdoor" eating areas, promenade, footbridges, and street entertainment. The canal will take skaters over a 240 metre continuous loop, with entry also into the Olympic size ice rink.

A family-oriented destination, with an 80-metre toboggan run and play area for snow-games or snowman making. Facilities include toboggan and clothing hire, with parents able to keep warm in the coffee shop while keeping an eye on their children through the large viewing windows.
